Patients can telephonically or physically book an appointment and be well informed about all the necessary requirements to bring on the day of the consult.
When you arrive, please present to the practice reception desk with your referral letter and pathology or radiology reports if you have not emailed them to the practice prior to your appointment.
Bring a list of all current prescription medication, including dosage.
Obstetrics patients will be asked if they have had a recent blood test and an ultrasound from a previous practitioner.
Please bring along your medical aid card and ID and allow yourself 5- 10 minutes before your appointment to complete the documentation.
All private patient accounts should be directly settled after consultation/ treatment by means of a credit/debit card or cash.
